Once upon a time there was a neighbourhood, that felt helpless as they watched their home deteriorate because when it rained, it poured. Involved parties got lost in bureaucracy and failed to take action.

Until Evides and Havensteder made rainwater available to inhabitants for business purposes such as cleaning porches, car washes and gardening.

The neighbourhood became more water-resilient and lively, giving inhabitants the feeling of getting back some control over their own neighbourhood.
