How do you convince consumers to eat grass? In this interactive session at the Conferentie Circulair Ondernemen in Transitie, Innoboost’s Sandra Horlings takes on the challenge of shifting consumer behavior through brand activism. Using the Grass for Food case from Grassa, Foodvalley and on the work done by Anieke Wierenga c.s. "Emerging Fundamentals" , we’ll explore how startups can create movements, not just markets, to drive circular consumption.
