The challenge
Many organisations want to work on circularity, but find it difficult to know where to start. Internal resistance, operational complexity and uncertainty often slow things down.
The workshop
In this hands-on session, you’ll step into the role of an IKEA co-worker and work on a real circular design challenge.
Using IKEA’s Buy Back model as a blueprint, you’ll see how circular thinking turns into real business value, and how the same logic applies across industries.
Working in small teams across three guided rounds, you’ll develop a circular service step by step. After each round, Innoboost and IKEA experts share practical insights in a Dragons’ Den–style format.
