Once upon a time there was a minister in a country where millions of people lacked access to essential medicines. I+solutions offered him ‘pills and skills’: make sure that essential medicines reach the hands of those who need them. And develop local skills to guarantee sustainable access to health in the long run.

The minister however felt that the services provided focused primarily on procurement and distribution of these essential medicines, and did not specifically address the people’s wants and needs.

Until i+solutions decided to flip their workflow: put their end customer’s wants and needs first and adapt their workflow accordingly. Change their way of working from inside-out to outside in. And really connect with their end customers.

This allowed the minister to further improve health outcomes in his country, because the services are adapted to local needs.
