Circular strategies, design and business models

Big firms want to innovate for sustainability, but internal projects often falter. Research shows that by addressing organizational design issues, companies can increase their chance of success with developing and launching new, sustainable/circular business models. Matthew Coffay (Lagom Innovation / Western Norway University of Applied Sciences) will present the Sustainable By Design tool & workshop process. By helping companies identify organizational barriers & drivers at the level of Culture, Strategy & Operations, the tool aids firms in creating healthy innovation ecosystems and transforming for sustainability."
