Geert Kerkhof, Peter Pouman, Jeroen Ganzekoele, and Steffen Burger join forces to push the boundaries of sustainable gastronomy—where taste meets impact. These culinary experts, who typically work behind the scenes in the country’s top kitchens like De Nieuwe Winkel, Neder, and Choux, will share how they blend taste, innovation, and sustainability in their dishes. There will be live cooking, you will be able to taste upcycled ingredients and explore new fermentation techniques.
