Expanding the collaboration with INSEAD, Lieke again joined the Phoenix Encounter workshop for C-level execs, this time in her hometown, Singapore. This workshop challenges executives to rethink their strategies by taking a disruptive lens. Especially since the business world is in full-on disruption mode everywhere, and only the wisest, most advanced leaders can see their companies through it all, according to INSEAD. And as regulations tighten, managing sustainability as a risk is essential, yet the actual value lies in its potential to unlock new growth avenues, deepen loyalty, and foster resilience.
